Breville Smoking Gun Review

I’ve seen chefs on TV build their very own smoking rooms and chambers and smoking things like meat, fish, and cheeses and I always thought how cool it would be to be able to do the same thing. Well now, the Breville Smoking Gun has made this a reality. This amazing kitchen appliance allows you to infuse a variety of foods and drinks with natural smoky flavours like Applewood and hickory -- without adding any heat. Breville has created complete with recipes, video, and more. They also sent me the Smoking Gun™ Woodchips Accessory Pack, which is available on for separate purchase. The accessory pack features 4 flavour offerings of: hickory (for classic BBQ), mesquite (for strong and earthy), apple wood (slightly sweet, for delicate meats, whipped butter, cocktails and more) and Cherrywood – sweet and delicious.
